WHAT can be returned?
All products purchased from Campbelltown Hobbies store can be returned if in original Condition of purchase. No open bags or Boxes accepted. We have a 25% Restocking fee for all items returned. Older,Discontinued and specialized items will incur a larger fee.
(full refunds including shipping costs will be available for all goods with major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law.
Goods returned for major faults/defects will not be charged restocking fees.)

HOW do customers return items?
In person or via Mail. We are a Monday to Friday business and will accept delivery from 9.30am to 5.30pm.
SHIPPING for returns?
Original shipping rates are not refundable, you are required to cover the return shipping costs.
CREDIT for returns?
Store credit or refund to the original account the sale was made from - eg Credit Card, Cash or Paypal.
