Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Campbelltown Hobbies will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delay or lost shipment.

Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.

Prices of some products may incur a delivery fee with insurance for orders placed via the internet. This will generally apply for high value products if requested.

processing time/ Turnaround

All orders (express and regular) are shipped within one to four business days Monday – Friday and have a 1 to 14 day delivery timeframe. If you require your order by a certain date please contact us with more information.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight or cubed weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a choice not to place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship the part of your order that is in stock. When the back ordered item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling costs for the second shipment unless notified before we send the first half of your order.
