The HoBao Hyper VS2 electric truggy combines a race-inspired 1/8-scale chassis with factory-installed brushless power and a black-and-green printed body. Its wide stance, adjustable suspension and hardened-steel drivetrain give you a capable four-wheel-drive platform for off-road driving.

Setup and adjustment

Secure the batteries in the adjustable trays and use the transmitter’s throttle dual rate to set your preferred power response. With shorty packs, the battery position can be moved forward or rearward to adjust weight distribution. Threaded shock collars adjust spring preload, while the suspension inserts provide adjustment of geometry including toe and anti-squat.

The cam-lock aluminium motor mount makes motor positioning convenient. Its motor support accepts 40mm and 42mm motors; use the black plastic hoop with a 40mm motor. A single-battery layout is available through an optional conversion.

Is the Hyper VS2 supplied assembled?

Yes. This RTR version includes the assembled truggy, printed body, installed brushless electronics and three-channel radio system.

What batteries does it use?

The installed 150A system supports 4S–6S LiPo power through a pair of XT90 connectors. Use two matching 2S packs for 4S or two matching 3S packs for 6S.

Are batteries and a charger included?

Drive batteries, a compatible LiPo charger and four AA transmitter batteries are required separately.

Can I adjust the handling?

Yes. The suspension offers geometry adjustments, the shocks have threaded spring-preload collars and the adjustable battery trays allow changes to battery position.
