This 1/18 scale Lamborghini Silhouette P300 is categorized as a 'resin model' due to its resin body. Traditionally, diecast mini cars were created by pouring molten zinc alloy into molds. However, resin models have gained popularity due to their adaptability for small production runs, shorter development times, and cost efficiency.

Unlike diecast models, resin mini cars typically do not feature functional doors, hoods, and trunks, focusing instead on precise proportions and sharp detailing.
