This translucent paint sprays on very clear at first, requiring multiple light coats to gradually build an even neon layer. For the full glowing effect, it must be backed with Spaz Stix Solid White/Backer (SZX00200 or SZX00209). Once applied correctly, the colour becomes incredibly bright—almost appearing illuminated.
