For external applications on non-polycarbonate surfaces, apply the chrome over a coat of Ultimate Black Backer, then seal it using Spaz Stix Ultimate Clear Coat (SZX10900 or SZX10909). Apply the clear coat in very light layers—heavy coats will dull the chrome into a grey tone. External surfaces will not achieve quite the same mirror-perfect finish as internal polycarbonate painting, so always test on scrap material before final application.
