To achieve full reflectivity and long-lasting durability, the chrome layer must be backed with Spaz Stix Ultimate Black Backer for Mirror Chrome (SZX10200 or SZX10209). Without the required black backer, the coating will not bond properly and can wipe away easily.

For external applications or any non-polycarbonate surface, the paint must be applied over the Ultimate Black Backer and then sealed with Spaz Stix Ultimate Clear Coat (SZX10900 or SZX10909). Only apply clear coat in very light coats, as heavy application will dull the chrome finish. Since full mirror brilliance is harder to achieve externally, always test on scrap material first.

Application Notes

1. Spray inside RC polycarbonate shells → back with Ultimate Black Backer.

2. For external use → black backer → chrome → light clear coat.

3. Allow full drying between light clear-coat applications.
