Why did we make the battery in these specifications?
1. 100Wh is the absolute maximum battery energy to get EFRA homologation and to carry in a commercial aircraft
2. 100WH with a 15.2V high voltage cell construction allows max. 6578mAh capacity
-> we have 6550mAh
3. Make the battery as light as possible, with the lowest Centre of Gravity (LCG)
-> we achieved 540g (+/-4%) and 43.5mm height (standard 50mm)
4. A new cell construction and an expensive new mould for the battery case were required
-> we made both
We spared no effort to develop the ULTIMATE, EFRA legal 4S racing battery!! A clear testimony to LRP's commitment to excellence!!
